The main goal is to get participants acquainted with elements and mechanisms of Polish culture that will facilitate everyday life in Poland. During the training we will discuss the main historical, cultural and geographical contexts of Poland and Warsaw, as well as important Polish dates and traditions. Participants will be also invited to share their experiences and concerns connected with relocation and interaction with Polish culture.

Workshop will take place on 22nd November 2021 in The Volunteer Centre of the University of Warsaw at 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm.

The course is intended for international employees of University of Warsaw.

An employee should be understood as a person employed during the period of implementation of the development activity at the University on the basis of a contract of employment or appointment.

Please note the number of places is limited. Registration is open until 14th November 2021 16 November 2021. Confirmation of qualification for the training will be given following the verification of the sign-ups. If you are qualified, you will receive an email from the Welcome Point.
