The main goal is to get participants acquainted with elements and mechanisms of Polish culture that will facilitate everyday life in Poland. During the training we will discuss the main historical, cultural and geographical contexts of Poland and Warsaw, as well as important Polish dates and traditions. Participants will be also invited to share their experiences and concerns connected with relocation and interaction with Polish culture.

Workshop will take place on 21st November 2022 in The Volunteer Centre of the University of Warsaw at 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm.

The general conditions for participants:

  1. the training is dedicated to the foreign employees of the University based on employment contract, especially the academics;
  2. individuals who meet the conditions above are accepted in the order of registration on the platform;
  3. registration for the training is tantamount to a commitment to participate in it.
  4. information about the results of the recruitment will be provided after the verification of applications and after the deadline.

In case of an insufficient number of people qualified for the training or for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, we reserve the right to change the date of the training or cancel it.
